Neurotoxin migrated into her DLI muscle, weakening the downward pull on one side of her mouth. When that muscle gets weakened unintentionally, the opposite side pulls stronger, and you get this asymmetry in the smile.

This is a known risk, especially with injections placed too close to the mentalis or along the jawline.— and some injectors won’t talk about it. I will.
