It's soup season. 🍲

Apparently my brain has decided this means I need to read soup recipes.

So that's what I've been doing today.

Research?
Absolutely.

Very serious business research.

Mostly involving soup. 😂

And honestly, this is a pretty good reminder of why food is at the heart of all of this.

There has been bread.

There has been planning.

There has been an unreasonable amount of coffee.

There may or may not be something happening behind the scenes.

You can have spreadsheets.

You can have budgets.

You can have business plans.

You can have seventeen tabs open about commercial kitchen equipment.

Eventually, you still have to make the food.

Honestly?

That’s the fun part. ❤️

Okay.

There is, in fact, a plan.

It’s not necessarily a finished plan.

There are still approximately 47 things to figure out, several tabs open that I probably don’t need, and at least one conversation that starts with “Okay, hear me out…”

But we’re moving.

It's been a little quiet around here.
“Just for a little bit,” I said.
Apparently “a little bit” got away from me. 😂
Anyway.... We're still here. We're still cooking. And we've got some things in the works. Let's see where this goes. 🦙

🍪🎨 Our Cookie Painting Workshop was a BLAST! 🎨🍪

We may have had a small crew, but we made up for it with creativity, laughter, and some seriously impressive edible artwork.

From colourful icing to candy stars and edible flowers, every cookie canvas turned into something completely unique. It was so much fun seeing everyone's ideas come to life!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the afternoon such a great time.

The cookie canvases are ready, the icing is mixed, and the brushes are waiting.

This afternoon we’re turning giant cookies into edible works of art using colourful icing, candy stars, edible flowers, and plenty of imagination.

No experience needed. No rules. Just a fun, creative afternoon and a cookie that’s uniquely yours.
