Improving care and outcomes for people with Atrial Fbrilation
Integrated Management Program Advancing Community Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation (IMPACT-AF) is a research study that will test if a web-based tool can help Nova Scotian family physicians and their patients better manage atrial fibrillation. We are currently seeking 200 Primary Care Providers and 4000 of their patients to join this clinical trial.
