We have taken the little yellow character and his evil soulless nemeses off the small screen and brought him to life! Prizes and gift certificates given away!
Outrun the ghosts in downtown Halifax while competing for your chance to be crowned Hali-PAC champion! Each player will have a GPS locator on them, and a controller will monitor the ghosts and Hali-PAC's location on a GPS map. The controller will communicate with Hali-PAC via walkie-talkie, to make sure he stays safe and completes the most streets! The team who completes the most streets will win.
