In these times of upheaval, many are experiencing a heightening (or even re-presentation) of physical, mental, and/or emotional pain.

As external stresses rise, so too do internal stresses. Any and all unresolved trauma arises in times of change and transition, as the brain and nervous system responds precisely the way it was wired to respond through (predominantly) early life experiences.

While this can feel burdening, there's a tremendous opportunity to heal available through tuning into the body, letting-go of the diagnostic-based paradigm, and shifting what has long-been perceived as the "problem", into merely the "solution".

It's been a while since I've offered individual services in Nova Scotia, and I'm pleased to announce that appointments are available throughout the fall in both Bear River, NS and Halifax, NS.
