Another bathroom we partnered with on! Looking forward to more pics once it’s decorated and personalized.

We’ve installed a lot of barn doors, and even more bi-folds, but this was a first for a bifold-barn door, and a double at that! The absence of instructions in the box made for a slightly time consuming install, but we’re impressed with it overall!

Some after/befores. This was another flooded basement, the old bathroom had lazy plumbing (built the floor up instead of cutting the concrete to run drains) which resulted in a 10” step into the bathroom and very low ceiling height. We took everything out, had the best plumber in Nova Scotia Mechanical Flood Protection handle all the plumbing including cutting the concrete, and put in a new, beautiful bathroom. The heated towel bar, and heated/lighted mirror are nice features!

We added a wall to this big room to separate the space, creating a storage room on one side and an office on the other. Included a cute little door for the cats

Garage Conversion! This project was a lot of fun, to take a space that had been left untouched for so long and breathe new life into it was a great feeling! In the heart of Halifax there’s a brand new long term rental perfect for a young professional couple to call home. 2 baths, one giant bedroom, and a great open layout to entertain. The heat pump in the bedroom keeps the whole second level comfortable, and the new large windows provide lots of natural daylight!

Before and after of the garage conversion bedroom. Raised the ceiling to accommodate the heat pump, replaced the windows, replaced all the rotten framing and insulated well. 10/10 would sleep comfortably here!
