Hospice Halifax is a community driven organization dedicated to providing expert end-of-life care, grief support, and bereavement services -free of charge- to individuals and families across Nova Scotia.
Through donor support, they create a safe space for individuals facing terminal illness and loved ones navigating loss ❤️
