A special thank you to all of the students and community members who joined in to support us at our initiatives throughout the year, we could not achieve our mission of uniting for the greater good without you!

We are so grateful to get to provide a community for like-minded students to build positive connections while also supporting our amazing non-profit partners such as ADSUM, Phoenix Youth, Wellness Wags, and more!

Introducing the Happy Human X Just Cycle spin event! Join our team on Saturday March 14th from 12:30-1:15pm for a 40-minute beginner friendly spin class🚲

This is the perfect event to release some stress from midterms and get the chance to move your body to some great music!

Tickets are $15 each and you must create a Just Cycle account to be added to our private class. Fill out the form in our bio and follow the instructions to register!

Ready to judge a book without seeing its cover? 👀💘
All our books are wrapped up so the title stays a mystery — you’ll choose your match based only on a short description on the front. Pick a vibe, take a chance, and fall in love with a new read.

‘Not-So-Puppy’ yoga recap🐶

What an amazing turnout! We were so happy to see everyone show support, do some relaxing yoga, and of course, cuddle some adorably-hyper teenage pups.

Thanks to you, we raised funds for Wellness Wags Assistance Dogs, which means helping provide service dogs to Nova Scotians in need!🐾

A huge thank you to our incredible yoga instructor Cia for leading such a fun session! And to for making this event possible, we loved getting to work with you for the second year in a row💚

IT’S BACK by popular demand! We are super excited to announce ‘Not-So-Puppy’ Yoga 🐶🧘 Join The Happy Human Project in collaboration with .wags for an unforgettable afternoon supporting a great cause.

🗓 When: This Saturday, November 22nd
🕒 Time: 10:30 AM & 12:00 PM (2 sessions)
📍 Where: Dalhousie SUB, Room 307

Enjoy 40 minutes of beginner yoga surrounded by these adorable golden retrievers (amazing service dogs in training🦮), followed by 20 minutes of pure cuddles 💕

Happy Human is proud to support Movember💚 This month is dedicated to raising awareness for mental health, su***de prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. It is so important to invest in cancer research and work towards breaking the stigma around men’s health!
