100% of the proceeds go to a local charity - in the Guelph area, this is the . Cookies are decorated by volunteers (us!) and it is so fun to be part of such a significant fundraising event. The staff are so welcoming and the is such a deserving organization, so it was a great week for all! 👏🏻👏🏻

Yesterday was EARTH DAY and the theme this year is “Our Power, Our Planet” which focuses on collective action and community progress. 👨🏽‍🤝‍👨🏼👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏽

Small, daily habits can make a huge impact over your lifetime. Reducing consumption (of both electricity and consumer goods), minimizing waste and supporting local businesses are commitments that require effort but result in long-term environmental benefits. At our small business, we: have our lights on motion sensors, we are moving towards being completely paperless, and we source local vendors whenever possible. 👍🏻

What can you do help protect the future of our planet? 🌎

They truly keep our business running smoothly and do everything from coordinating status certificates to updating owner information to assisting property managers (and too many other items to list)! 👏🏻👏🏻

Smile Cookie Week is coming up April 27 - May 3 and we are HERE for it! Last year was our first year volunteering to decorate smile cookies, and it was a blast. 🍪

💯 percent of the proceeds go to a charitable organization. This varies by location, but in Guelph, all proceeds go to the - we highly encourage you to volunteer your time at your local Tim Hortons, but buying a cookie or two is great as well! 😉 Check out the map on timhortons.ca to see which charity is participating in your area, and follow up with that charity to volunteer your time.

We’re doing some reflecting on this sunny day…did you know that almost 50% of our properties have been with us for 10 years or more? Our longest-standing clients have been with Five Rivers (then MF) since the late 80’s! 🤯

We are so very grateful for the long term clients that have trusted us, grown alongside us, and celebrated milestones with us. Our goal is always to foster a strong partnership with our clients, while making Five Rivers a great place to work, and these are things we work on each and every day. 🙏🏻💚💙

Who knew garbage could be so interesting?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

We were fortunate to have for a lunch and learn yesterday. We learned all about moloks (semi-underground waste containers): how they’re made, how they work, and why they are a great alternative to traditional dumpster-style bins. 🗑️

As a condominium management company, we don’t always have a say in the waste removal set up of a new build, but we are finding that established condos are looking for options that are more accessible, more secure, and more cost efficient. If you service moloks in the Grand River area, please reach out - we would love to hear from you! 🚛
