๐Ÿ˜‹ QUANTA FIRFIR แ‰ƒแŠ•แŒฃ แแˆญแแˆญ ...looks like a bit of a mess but it tastes delicious. It is pan-fried dried beef (similar to beef jerky) sautรฉed with tomatoes, onions, garlic, berbere and spices, cooked in water. At the end of the cooking process, injera (an Ethiopian sourdough flatbread) is torn up and mixed in to absorb the juices. Itโ€™s also served with injera with eat it with along with salad.
