It addition to our usual zoom line up of classes we are introducing our Wellness Series of classes.
These classes are 75 minutes long and are the same price and interchangable with our movement based classes. That means you can purchase just one or all of them if you so desire. You may also use them for makeups.
Please note that all makeups must be completed within the session and are not transfereable to the next session.
February Wellness Series Classes
Release and Relax - Massage Ball and Pilates Roll techniques - Friday Feb 12th & 26 (taught by Melanie) Time: 10:30am
Mind Over Matter - Mindfulness techniques to improve mind and body health holistically - Feb 6 & 20 (taught by Sue) Time: 9:00am
Mind Over Matter Topic Feb 6 - Mind body connection using Mindful Breathing techniques to reduce PAIN, ANXIOUSNESS, STRESS while improving state of mind and physiology. This workshop will also include holistic chinese medicine techniques to support energy balance within your body.
Mind Over Matter Topic Feb 20th - The Vagus Nerve, understanding why you behave the way you do under stress from a physiological aspect. How to use Mindfulness to shift physiology and state of mind to improve our mental and physical health and live connected in the present moment. This workshop will also include chinese medicine techniques and acupressure points to support wellbeing.

Classes start on Sunday January 31st and run until Friday February 26th.

Zoom full session price (4 classes) is $13.25 per class plus tax.
Zoom drop in price is $15.00 per class plus tax.
To register go to www.bodyinnovations.org and click the Register Now button. If you are new to Body Innovations you will be asked to sign the Liability Waiver when you create an account on Wellness Living before the system will let you book classes.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Zoom classes can be booked up to 1 minute prior to start of class and cancelled one hour prior to start to receive a makeup.
Please note the start time of each Zoom class. The waiting room will open 10 minutes prior to the start time of your class. Please note that only one member of the family needs to register for zoom class. Family members can workout with you at no extra charge - helps promote good health and togetherness.

Due to the Covid situation and temporary shutdown until January 23rd we will not be offering Reformer studio classes until we get the all ok .
January Zoom classes will run from January 3rd to 29th.
