Training day with these bunch of fine folk in the hot sun at Alpha Course Training in Toronto. Kept me running all over with camera in hand so I still got my workout, too.

My Mudder Mates were in Quebec kicking ass at Dead End Race. So naturally I had them come in to do some glorious shots to show off their new racing bling.
