Located on Guelph Lake, our club is the home of Gryphon Rowing, Guelph Masters, Rec, and Learn-to-Row.

Our Adult Learn-to-Row program is a fantastic way to get moving, enjoy the outdoors, and be part of a team — no experience needed!
You'll learn the basics in a friendly, supportive environment with experienced coaches and a group of people just like you, all discovering the sport together. Come out to beautiful Guelph Lake — this is your chance to try something new, challenge yourself, and experience a sport built on rhythm, teamwork, and connection.

Guelph Rowing Club is hosting a Try Rowing event.
•Saturday, May 10th, starting at 9 am and 11am.
Rowing is a fantastic sport that promotes healthy living and community building. Guelph Rowing Club wants to share its love of rowing and would like to offer the community the chance to try rowing in a safe, low cost and no-obligation environment. Participants will meet GRC members, learn about the sport of rowing, and learn the basics of rowing during an on-water lesson!

It is with great sadness that we share the death of beloved volunteer, organizer, coach, and club member, Isobelle Gray. Isobelle brought incredible brightness and enthusiasm to the boathouse. She was a vital part of our community and will be greatly missed.

We've partnered with the National Sport Trust Fund (NSTF) through the Ontario Sport Network, a charity helping sports organizations like ours, raise money for significant purchases.

End-of-year tax receipt challenge

This is your last chance to get a 2023 tax receipt when you help us raise money to replace our faithful lightweight double. A boat that has been on the retirement list since 2017!

From now until midnight Dec 31, please help us raise funds to help us purchase a new 2-/x.

Donate the highest donation amount: you name the boat.

$1000 + your name will go on a blade.

$500 – $999 your name will appear on the deck.

Along with helping a great cause, you also get a coveted tax receipt!
