May you feel the beauty that you are

that’s what the message was to me from this hidden gem of beauty.

While at the river it came from the river, rocks, trees, birds, ants, spiders and the essence of the space as a whole.

this river and a tree down the ways was for me activating so many completions and openings simultaneously. it was such a gift as awarenesses and memories of desires, wishes and ‘I’ll have that moments’ from 20 years ago flowed to me as I just let myself be there held in nature and saw I am having it, I am living it.

I am in deep appreciation for being able to be here by invitation and I literally see and lived that I had to do absolutely nothing to deserve it, earn it, achieve it or manifest it…

no contortionist skills required to experience it.

well… except for being able to access it by using the skills of plank pose and chaturanga dandasana… of the mat…. 😉 (but that’s another story…)

thank you to all who have come before me to create something I have been longing to experience

thank you to all of you who are walking, dancing, swimming, skipping, crawling and down do***ng along beside me now
