Because it's a volunteer service, we cannot lift heavy items from your basement. Please place items in front of your garage or front porch NOT at the curb. Because of the crazy price of gas, ScrapGoat requests a donation to help Ed pay for gas. (If you can't afford that, it's free.) A way to help ScrapGoat:
Ed likes to keep the cash he receives from the scrapyard in various envelopes - it's easier for him to separate donations which get tax receipts from Hope House that way.
Do you have a box of old but unused envelopes (he'd prefer ) that he can have? Perhaps with your outdated business address or logo? He could use that - rather than buying a box from Staples.

Maybe one of the most expensive vending machines in Canada ($200,000 when new)!!! They are no longer functioning . Scrap goat was given 6 today! 1100 lbs each!

UPDATE Dec 16: Looks like Ed's van is working better now, and we have a new (used) van coming in January - thanks to one of our regular supporters who is selling it to us at a very good price. 😄😄😄
