Days Inn Development Updates

U of G wants to lease Days Inn for a student residence While bigger plans for the site are currently before the Ontario Land Tribunal, the U of G wants to run a student residence in the existing building for possibly six years

We are a citizen group who are interested in the urban intensification planned for the Days Inn site located at 785 Gordon Street,Guelph.

A 6 story development has been approved. Presently the developer is seeking to increase the height to 10 stories with 389 units. The current proposal is not compliant in over 20 areas. This is a space where concerns can be voiced in a respectful manner. People who have experience can share their insight. Knowledge, sharing of information, being informed and having a voice is needed surrounding this development.
