Our Cool Head Tea was inspired by one of the sweetest little girls I know who has been navigating frequent headaches. As I often do, I turned to the plants for support and comfort, and this blend was born.

Meet my Feel Good Tea — a simple but beautiful blend of peppermint, yarrow, and elderflower.

This blend was created for those days when you want something comforting, uplifting, and supportive while you slow down and reconnect with yourself.

🌿 Peppermint – traditionally enjoyed to support comfortable digestion, soothe occasional feelings of fullness, and leave you feeling refreshed and clear.

🌿 Yarrow – one of my favourite traditional herbs with a long history of use to support the body’s natural balance and encourage gentle movement and flow.

🌿 Elderflower – soft, floral, and comforting. Traditionally enjoyed to support seasonal wellness and help create that warm, cozy feeling from the inside out.
