This week’s featured dish is our vegan, gluten-free vegetable lasagna—and we can’t keep it in stock! Made with fresh carrots, zucchini, onions, and sweet potato, layered in rich marinara with vegan cottage cheese and Parmesan. And yes, zucchini replaces the noodles.

I love supporting young entrepreneurs. This young man Griffin Tait is 13 and he has started his own business doing custom boards and tables. He took a course and knew this is what he wanted to do as a part time job on top of helping with the family farm. With the help from Mom Gail and dad Ray he is on his way!
