Another warm week ahead with very little rain in the forecast. If you want to maintain that nice lush lawn make sure to increase your watering times. Add 10% to your normal time for each zone. The ideal time to water is early morning. If you don't have automatic irrigation then watering as late as possible in the day is a good alternative.
Another great way to keep the grass happy is to give it a very light hand water or turn your system on for about 30 seconds to a minute. Do this during the warmest part of the day. This will cool the air around the blades of grass encouraging them to take a deep breath and stay cool while it's hot.
