Fall is a great time to plan for success. The ability to discuss your business opportunities and challenges with like minded entrepreneurs and brainstorm next steps and solutions is invaluable. Masterminding is an effective way to focus and keep accountable!

Been awhile since I posted last. Hard to believe time is flying by so quickly. What did you accomplish in the first 6 months of 2017? Seems to me that this year has been full of change, for me and all of the mastermind group! Change is constant; our power is in how we deal with it. Do we adapt and evolve or do we pull back and retreat? Sometimes hard to see the positive but they're there. You just need the support to see it. Have a great weekend!

After a few days away I feel refreshed and ready to face the challenges of work and business. What do you do to de-stress and unwind?

Sometimes we have to give ourselves permission to focus inward, to fill up our cups. Only then can we hope to help others.
