💙🐾Adoption Update: Skye (previously Haven)🐾💙

"Skye is adjusting really well to life with us. It took her some time to come out of her shell of course but she is proving to be everything we knew she was: loving, playful, sweet and loyal.

We recently took her on a trip to the mountains and she had a great time exploring with us. Thank you for everything you do and for giving us the opportunity to bring Skye home. We absolutely adore her and feel lucky to have her."

What a beautiful update! We love receiving these. In our care, Skye was great with the staff but felt uncertain with strangers initially. She is such a beautiful girl and it's amazing to hear she found her perfect family.

Brita has entered the chat. The tube treat has been opened. There will be NO further questions. 😼

She takes tube treat time very seriously because apparently this is a Michelin-starred dining experience and I am merely the underpaid server.

Please respect her privacy during this important culinary event. 🐱🫡

💙🐾Adoption Update: Fish (previously Ghostface)🐾💙

"He is settling in well, starting to love snuggles, especially with our other kitten and dog! He loves to play with all toys and loves to be on our couch with the fuzzy blanket :) he loves treats and is starting to become brave with other people as well

Fish came to us very scared and under socialized, having never really interacted with people until he came to us. He was the least social of his litter so when he was the first to get adopted, we were overjoyed! He looks so much more content now.

"Good Morning, just wanted to send an update for Caska (previously Callie) who we adopted in June.
She’s a very happy little cat, always giving headbutts, she loves her belly rubs and her tuna treats. Thank you for letting us adopt, we’re very happy to have her 🧡"

This lil old lady was such a joy to have in our care and we are happy to hear she is doing so well!

If you buy some of our cat toy bags, Mouse has decided that it needs to come with some complimentary Mouse fur! 🐭🐾 No extra charge, of course 😉

A huge thank you to Darcy & Kylee Haining for thinking of Bandaged Paws while celebrating their incredible 40th wedding anniversary! 🐾

Instead of gifts, Darcy and Kylee chose to use their special celebration as an opportunity to give back. They had an adorable black cat piggy bank set out for their guests to make donations to Bandaged Paws, turning an already meaningful day into something that will also make a difference for the animals in our care. 🐈‍⬛❤️

We are always so touched when members of our community choose to include Bandaged Paws in life’s special moments. Every donation helps us continue providing food, shelter, veterinary care and, most importantly, a safe place for animals while they wait for their next chapter.

Laura Palmer just got a big ol haircut.. although you can’t tell from the front, you can see it from the sides 😂

We wanted to spare her the embarrassment of showing the shave but as you can see, we basically got a whole kitty shaved off! Laura Palmer came in to us heavily matted and she was overdue for a cut. She was perfect and tolerant the entire time so she could be a great candidate for purrfessional grooms in her forever home! 😻

We are incredibly grateful to the amazing team at Frontier Mitsubishi for raising an incredible $1,000 for the animals in our care! 🎉

Not only did they raise funds to support our rescue, but they also welcomed some of our facility dogs into their dealership for a visit! Our pups had a wonderful time getting out, meeting new people and soaking up some extra love and attention. 🐶💕

And the generosity didn’t stop there! They also collected and donated a huge amount of dog and cat food, treats and other goodies for our animals. 🐱🐶

Support like this makes such a difference for our rescue and the animals who depend on us every day. We are so fortunate to have businesses in our community that are willing to open their doors, get involved and help give animals in need a brighter future.

💤 SLEEPY SATURDAY 💤

Hamlet is spending his Saturday the best way he knows how.. curled up on his cat tree enjoying a good ol’ snooze. 😴🐾

We truly can’t believe this sweet guy hasn’t found his furever home yet! Hamlet is a chill, loving boy who is perfectly happy taking life at a slower pace. Give him a comfy place to nap, some love from his favourite humans, and he’s one happy kitty. ❤️

With the weather getting cooler, Hamlet is officially accepting applications for a couch potato partner. 🍂🛋️ He’d love nothing more than to spend those chilly fall days curled up somewhere cozy with you.. whether that’s on the couch, in a cat tree, or tucked into the comfiest bed in the house.

If your ideal weekend involves blankets, snacks, naps and absolutely no unnecessary plans… Hamlet might just be your guy. 😂❤️
