Description of Duties:
 Follow up with client inquiries, striving to develop relationships that last
 Professionally complete landscape consultations, estimates, and design to meet client
needs and budget
 On-going industry, sales, and software training
 Work cooperatively with production staff to ensure smooth completion of projects
 Administrative updates to ensure nothing “falls through the cracks”
Skills and Requirements:
 2 years’ experience in Landscape Design
 Landscape Design credential with proficient use of CAD programs
 Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively
 Detail oriented and extremely organized
 Passion for continued education and willingness to take on new challenges
 Quick learner and capacity to adapt fluidly

Compensation: $22-$28 per hour plus a comprehensive bonus structure

Description of Duties:
Leading a landscaping team to complete high-quality construction and maintenance jobs on budget
Completing landscape tasks with the latest equipment and technology
On-going industry and equipment training
Driving and maintaining a company vehicle
Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience

Skills and Requirements:
2 years’ experience in landscape construction RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.
Management/Leadership experience in any field
Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively
Able to work long hours and maintain a fast pace
Ability to lead teams and motivate others
Clean driving record and the capacity to drive truck and trailer combination

Compensation: $22-$32 per hour dependent on qualification and leadership responsibilities
