In addition to employment supports and services, The Work Place facilitates an Employment Café where guest speakers (organizations or employers) can provide information about their company, hiring processes, job opportunities and services.

An integral component of Transition to Employment Services bridges the gap between employers and job seekers. Attendees can ask questions, network, make a personal connection and gain valuable insight into the local labour market. In addition, employers can share job leads and meet potential candidates.
