All ages are welcome. Paint a model ammonite or dinosaur, test your skills and creativity with activity sheets made by the Royal Tyrrell Museum, and take a farewell photo with the display.

Thanks to all the Detectives who played the Summer Reading Game! With your help, Detective Booker caught the culprit: the Pigeon! To say he is sorry, the Pigeon has volunteered to dust the library's bookshelves.

Why do YOU think the Pigeon dog-eared all the pages? Check out some responses!

Congratulations Sara! Check your email to get your prize, if you haven’t already.

The Grande Prairie Public Library wants to give another shout-out to all the amazing brands who donated to this year’s GPPL Adult Reading Games! The summer’s worth of excellent prizes is thanks to the companies who support our mission in strengthening our community and promoting adult literacy.

We also want to thank all of our readers this year! You are the people who make the games exciting, so if you read one book or one-hundred, thank you. We hope to see you again for the Summer Reading Games 2027!
