A huge announcement today from my brokerage, REAL BROKER. They have bought out REMAX!! What a historic day in real estate! exciting things to come in the future for BOTH REMAX and REAL!
Productive day! Computer work done early so started my spring cleaning!! Hard to do with so many dogs and so much mud in my yard....but here we are!! How was everyone else's Friday?
Going through some content for posting on my page, and one suggestion was that your first showing online matters more than your first showing in person....that photos sell the showing.....I do kind of agree with that, HOWEVER I always tell my buyers that you have to go look at a property because looking at photos online is like online dating....they lie! LOL
After a great morning doing CMAs and chatting with some awesome people...I went to bingo (didnt win but had fun) then came home to watch the Oilers. I always sit at my kitchen table and watch TV....not a fan of the living room for some reason....what is your favorite room in your house?
