What a GREAT day we had at the North Connect Job Fair today!

As the first edition of what we hope will become an impactful annual event, we were thrilled to welcome 13 employer exhibitors and approximately 150 attendees throughout the day. The energy in the room was incredible, and it was encouraging to see meaningful conversations taking place around inclusive hiring, workforce sustainability, and creating workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

We are grateful to the Alberta Chambers of Commerce for partnering on this event. We would also like to highlight our gratitude to the employers, community partners, and attendees who helped make this event such a success. The positive response from both exhibitors and job seekers reinforced just how important these conversations - and opportunities - are within our region.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in supporting a more inclusive workforce in Grande Prairie and surrounding area. We are already looking forward to next year!
