Basement coming along nice. Framework ✅
Electrical rough in ✅
Plumbing rough in ✅
Drywall up ✅

New wall insets. In cabinet lighting. Turned out nice. This living room needed to be finished so we finished off all the baseboards and window trim, added some crown moulding, put on all plug and light covers, and finished off all the painting.

5x12 walk in pantry. Butcher block countertops with multiple clear coats.

Bathroom completion ✅

One more bathroom down, many more to go.
This was a huge change. No more corner whirlpool bath not being used. Went with the 40”x60” stand up, fully tiled shower with sliding glass door. New heated tile floor. Home owner is going to paint and install vanity, toilet, and new baseboards.

How’s that for a bathroom renovation!!
Total transformation on this one. I want to thank Lesley from the Ensuite for the tub and tub faucet, Pureflow Plumbing and gas for the tub and vanity installation, Ingo Floors for all the tile supply and Ubertile products for this bathroom!! You guys all had a hand in making this beautiful bathroom come to life. And last but not least, Jody and Paul. You guys had a vision and had SRT come in and make it a reality for you. Enjoy!!

Bathroom renovation. I love how this turned out. Tiled ceiling was a great choice on this one, it really makes this shower look huge. New countertop with new sink, all new tile flooring and tile baseboards as well. Just waiting on new toilet and shower fixtures and faucet to be installed.
Thank you Becky and James for having SRT Construction come in and tear down and rebuild it all. You guys rock!! Enjoy.

Got a tub/shower replacement done while waiting for drywall work on a basement to be finished. The gloss tile choice really makes this shower shine. Thank you again, for choosing SRT Construction for another project.
