Real Estate ain’t no joke!
It’s real life, real big moves, real people making life changing decisions.
Every sold, from the buyers and sellers side, has a story.
Has a reason.
Most times something life changing.
What brought my buyers to me wasn’t what kept them.
See… any realtor can help you buy or sell. But what keeps you locked in 🔒?
Genuine trust, honesty and a sense of safety that your realtor has your back!
Earning that, is a gift I don’t take lightly. Sean and Alisha became what I call friends now. Daily text messages, getting to know the kids during showings. Talking about life, business, family and all the things people connect with talk about. A deep sense of trust was built.
It’s true what they say, that sometimes a stranger can support you faster than a friend or family member. But y’all ain’t strangers anymore ☺️
Congratulations to your amazing family. From Calgary ➡️ GP.
You made a smart move, because we’re way better 🙃😉 jk

I don’t share as often as I should!
From one small business owner to another, it’s so heartwarming to get to know such amazing people behind the business. ♥️
Karina and her family are such amazingly hardworking, generous and kind individuals. I feel so lucky to have the privilege of being their Realtor and friend.
Real estate and all businesses in general, is a relationship business. And relationships built on authenticity and genuine support outlast everything.
Behind every deal, every first time homebuyer, every inquiry about what’s my home worth. Is a person, a family, a story. And THATS what it’s all about.
Please support Karina small business. Trust me, these are absolutely delicious 😍

REAL TALK: Maybe I can’t help be a deep thinker. Why nobody talks about the middle part of a growth journey. You hear the beginning and the end. Hardly the middle.
That awkward, lonely, in-between season where you’re shedding… but you’re not “there” yet.
I get random books gifted to me sometimes. So if you sent me this THANK YOU ☺️
I’m reading “Move Fast, Break S**t, Burn Out” and it starts off by naming the people who create change: innovators, changemakers, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs… and a subset of people called “Catalysts” the ones with a deep rooted need to create positive change.
That line hit me, because it explains why the middle can feel so intense. When you’re a Catalyst, you don’t just like progress, you feel responsible for it. You can’t unsee what’s possible, so you keep moving, even when it’s uncomfortable.
And here’s the truth: the version of you that got you here can’t be the same version that walks into the next room.
So you release what no longer fits gently, with gratitude. Thank it for the love, the lessons, the opportunities. And then you become who the next level requires.
That’s the unspoken part of growth.
Because growth isn’t always pretty. It can be lonely. It demands energy and a whole lot of grit.
But purpose is what pulls you through the middle, and into what’s next.
What’s your thoughts 💭 Id love to hear 😊

Today marks the first day of fasting, from sunrise to sunset for 30 days.
I wish I could say the beginning of every Ramadan is easy, but the truth is, each year I feel like Im starting from scratch. I recommit to letting go of bad habits, refocusing on my inner self, and showing up more fully for the people around meespecially the vulnerable.
And maybe thats one of the beautiful things about being human: were meant to be vulnerable. Were meant to be open to connection, and to Gods mercy. So I try to give back however I canthrough my time, my energy, or financial support.
Ramadan has a way of bringing everything into perspective. As humans, we forget the simplest blessings. We say things like, “Im starving”, or “I need this”, but the truth is we only truly need one thing: peace. Peace of mind, peace in the body, and most importantly, peace in the soul.
When we fast from sunrise to sunset choosing no food and no water it isnt about starving ourselves. Its about feeding the soul. It’s a cleansing of the mind, and, believe it or not, a cleansing of the body too.
I pray that this Ramadan is a reset for me, and that my family, friends, and loved ones find comfort in whatever their hearts are seeking.
Love,
A humble woman trying her best seeking peace and prosperity for all.

Working with strong colleagues and referral partners from different brokerages is beautiful and unique. I don’t take your support and referrals for granted. I’m very grateful that you always think of me to take care of your clients. And appreciate every opportunity.
you were an awesome partner on this deal. A year working with you to sell this house has been a fun ride—from calling all the realtors multiple, multiple times to get them to our open house, to helping the clients. You were solid the whole way through. eXp is still my extended family, and I appreciate all your support and referrals. You all know who you are 😎
When the potential buyer called my cell from the “For Sale Sign” while I was in Edmonton to view the property, I immediately thought of . The buyers had Lakshay from my brokerage here at , and I’m so happy for him. He was absolutely awesome to deal with. Lakshay has a bright future and is very thorough in his representation.
My real estate family has gotten bigger, and I appreciate all the business and support from such amazing people.
Referrals welcome. Sellers welcome. Buyers welcome. Anything you need—chances are I’ve got the answer and a strong support system to carry you through.
