Colby came to me as a competitive power lifter. She was wanting to try something a little different, after doing our initial consult we decided our goal was to prioritize fat loss..
we completely changed her training and started counting macros. I meet with Kobe every two weeks to make sure she’s on track with her nutrition and programming. I Coach Colby in person one day a week. I’m excited to see her progress continue. We are currently going to hit a maintenance phase for the next block of Training . With a goal of maintaining her new bodyweight and body fat percentage. Then right before summer we’re going to do another mini cut.
