August 31 is International Overdose Awareness Day, a time to remember the friends and loved ones we’ve lost without judgment, and to stand up for the people still here. Overdose touches so many in our communities, but breaking the silence and looking out for one another can save lives. Whether it’s learning overdose response, checking in on a friend going through a tough time, or simply ending the stigma around reaching out for help, every action counts because every life matters. You are never alone, and support is always here. 💜
