Job Title: Cannabis Retail Associate (must have QCW)

We are looking for passionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Cannabis Retail Associates.

Job Description:
As a Cannabis Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, educating customers on various cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all provincial and federal regulations. Your role will include assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, stocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking products as needed
• Ensure compliance with all local, provincial, and federal cannabis regulations
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
• Assist with store opening and closing duties
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and cannabis laws

Qualifications:
• Previous retail experience, preferably in the cannabis or customer service industry
• Strong interest in cannabis and a willingness to learn more about products and industry regulations
• Knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be of legal age (18 or 19, depending on the province)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
