Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Permanent Flexible Position (Full-Time during Tax Season)
Starting at $25/hour (negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple tasks, and supporting a busy office environment, especially during tax season.
This is a permanent flexible position, with full-time hours during tax season and flexible full- or part-time hours during the off-season, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Greet clients and provide in-office support
Receive and process payments
Book and manage client appointments
Assist with tax client intake and document organization
Provide general administrative support to the office

Required Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Solid computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Professional, reliable, and well-organized

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in office administration
Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable
Bookkeeping or tax-related experience

We are happy to train the right candidate; however, basic administrative and computer skills are preferred.
