Golden-Field RCMP

This week Golden hosted the U18 Provincial's for Hockey! We hosted 5 teams from all over the Province - with great success! And the Town showed up with amazing enthusiasm to show their pride in Golden! Golden Rockets bringing home the Bronze, Kitimat took home the Silver and Creston brought it for the Gold! Golden RCMP was also there, and held a recruiting event with Police Dog Services and a couple of the local members showing off their gear.

Come down to the Plywood Palace Tuesday, March 17th between 12 and 4. There will be some great hockey being played and meet an RCMP recruiter!
The RCMP sleds will be there. There will be RCMP Police Dog Service, a police car to look at.

Golden-Field RCMP launches month long distracted driving and seat belt enforcement campaign This month, Golden-Field RCMP is joining the BC traffic enforcement campaign targeting distracted driving and seat belt violations. Officers will be conducting dedicated patrols throughout the month to reduce high‑risk behaviours and improve road safety for all users.

The Golden RCMP will be out there joining the community as the Holiday Train pulls into town—we’ll see you all there!
This year’s performers include the iconic Ba*****ed Ladies… and it’s been One Week since we’ve been this excited for a train! 🎶
