Visual Strategies Workshop

Join us for an informative and hands-on Visual Strategies Workshop, presented in partnership with TVCC!

This session will provide an overview of visual strategies and an opportunity to develop personalized, take-home visual supports to help enhance communication and understanding at home.

Whether you're looking for practical tools to support communication or want to learn more about visual strategies, this workshop is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and resources you can use right away.

Join our RISE Caregiver Collective Peer Support Group alongside Rural Response for Healthy Children for a summer social with other parents and caregivers raising children with disabilities, autism, or mental health concerns. Iced drinks and fun activities will be provided.

🌟 Level Up Your Wellness This Summer! 🌟

The Central Huron YMCA is excited to introduce Level Up — a Youth Wellness Program designed to help youth build confidence, healthy habits, and skills for life! 💪🧠🌱

Over 5 weeks, youth will explore different areas of wellness through fun, interactive activities focused on:

🏋️ Physical fitness & movement
🥗 Nutrition & healthy living
🧘 Mindfulness & stress management
🎯 Goal setting & personal growth
🤝 Team building & positive connections

Level Up provides a safe, welcoming space where youth can connect with peers, try new things, and discover what helps them feel their best — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Whether they are building strength, learning new wellness strategies, or simply finding their place in a supportive community, youth will leave with skills and confidence they can carry with them beyond the program.
