I felt compelled to use an Osteopathic saying in an article, “ A Touch Opens Door to Healing Medicine, which involved an interview with Dr. Viola Frymann, who was a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
With today being international women’s day, it comes as a reminder that women have continue to strive for our future success with research, collaboration and community.

Not only does this saying share in the value of Osteopathy as an alternative health treatment but it also acknowledges our everyday lives and that we need to do better. We need to raise our future generations together in awareness, compassion and understanding.

Expectations are a barrier to our truest authentic self and our own ability to express ourselves as whole individuals.

Weekend of Biodynamic Osteopathy Phase 3 Training

Spent the Last Morning of my Training Reading and Reviewing Lessons from the entire weekend.

Can’t wait to share an understanding of our body’s innate ability to heal itself when given the right conditions.

My reflecting thoughts of this past weekend and what I have learned, with many Phases of Biodynamic Osteopathy to still learn, the biggest lesson, I take from this work is Patience, Listening and Allowing the Tide to Guide.

Osteopathy is truly a science of art, knowing anatomy for my left brain to understand but than forgetting anatomy for my right brain to feel function and form, it’s a delicate dance between knowing everything and trusting everything you feel.

Listen, Patience, Quietness, Dialogue begins, forces align, treatment begins, Client’s Body Finally gets Rest.

This is where Healing can Begin…

Truly can’t wait to hold space for my clients to experience Rest and Health. It’s a beautiful place.

Happy Weekend…. This is my life on weekends till September pretty much… writing, writing and more writing… onto the Mini Case Series Chapter, only to go back and tweak other chapters. Thesis writing at its finest… I chose to change up my scenery today. Writer’s block is a real thing. Writing tips are welcomed.

Sunday Mornings…. Thesis Reading and writing, with my sweet Osteopathy Prodigy, she literally is beside me every step of the way….(Today is Dolls Make Up Day 😊). Children’s imaginations are amazing. Now for me to embrace the writing process… approximately 6 more months…. We GOT THIS.
