Paleo Soaps

I make soaps and other products that don't cause my allergies to flare up. They are also "dirty dozen" free and made by me in Goderich Ontario

I was tired of the laundry list of chemicals in most commercial skin care products, so I started to make my own. You really only need three things to make liquid soap: Water, potassium hydroxide, and some sort of fatty acid. Why then do most commercial products contain so many unnecessary ingredients?
