Sometimes moving forward doesn’t mean moving faster. Sometimes it means pausing, taking a breath, and being intentional about what comes next.

Sunshine Gurls is in a really good place. We’ve grown into a beautiful, successful business, and with that comes a responsibility to protect the standards, experience, and heart that got us here.

So for now, we’re pausing our hiring and focusing on what we do best, taking care of our clients, doing beautiful work, and continuing to grow with intention.

We’re not looking for just anyone to join our team. We’re waiting for the right person. Someone who truly aligns with our values, our standards, and the level of care we bring into every home.

Until then, we’ll keep doing what we love, one home at a time.
