A refreshing skinny cocktail with antioxidant power.
Ingredients
10 limes, fresh (juiced) Yes
Bunch of mint
1/2 C sugar
1 C white rum
3 C Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend, brewed, chilled
Iceberg cubes, prepared
Club soda, chilled
Preparation
Juice lime with 2-in-1 Citrus Press. Place lime juice, mint, and sugar into a pitcher.
Using a muddle-stick, mash until the leaves bruise slightly and the flavours release.
Add rum and tea, and stir well.
Add iceburg cubes and top with club soda.

After trying the Summer Berry Bark and absolutely devouring it 🤦🏽♀️ I decided to experiment with the Chocolate Truffle. Let’s just say, my feet keep taking me back to the freezer 🤣
I mixed 1 tbsp (all I had left in the jar so you could add a second tbsp if you want it more “chocolaty”) of chocolate truffle sweet dip & 2 tbsp of cocoa crunch whole food topper with 500 grams of vanilla Greek yogurt.
Spread out onto 1/4 bake & roll on baking sheet and added sliced strawberries & bananas.
Placed in freezer overnight, broke bark into pieces and placed in a sealed container to prevent freezer burn, but who are we kidding .. it’s not gonna last that long 😂

Here another super simple summer Tea to beat the heat. It’s made using Epicure’s Hibiscus Bliss Herbal Tea and Summer Berry.
Steps
1. Place tea bag in cold water with 1 tsp Summer Berry mix and steep 15 minutes (strain tea)
2. Add freshly squeezed lemon to taste
If you want it a little sweeter add cooled simple syrup.
To make it:
Combine equal parts water and sugar and heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Allow to cool.
Regular people: I had bacon and eggs for breakfast. Oh and toast.
Epicure people: I had ccb eggs with spg, and poco topped with a vegan bacon topper. Bacon cooked in my mp steamer on the tray. Seasoned with fajita and the sweet maple (no longer available but I have a couple stashed in my cupboards). I had toast, but instead of butter I topped it with the trio dip mix.

Double stuffed baked potatoes are my downfall...who doesn’t love the potatoes from The Keg?!? These work in a pinch to satisfy thats craving.
Extraordinary Trio double stuffed baked potatoes 🥔
4 Russet Potatoes
1 Tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 Tbsp CCB
1 Tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
1/2 cup shredded Gouda (cause I’m Dutch!)
1/2 C Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
1/2 C Buttermilk
2 Tbsp melted butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Bake potatoes until tender
Cut off 1/4 of the top and scoop out the insides.
Mix cooked potato with remaining ingredients in a mixer or with a hand mixer or masher. For a fancy look put in a piping bag and pipe or stuff filling. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 mins until golden and hot!

Great Teriyaki sauce Recipe with these two returning summer products.
The teriyaki sauce recipe on the jar of teriyaki glaze calls for red pepper jelly. Since that product has now gone seasonal I made the sauce by replacing the red pepper jelly with our sweet and spicy mustard.
Super delicious!

Collapsible Strainer- 8 cups
Meal prep like a pro with Epicure’s space-saving Collapsible Strainer. Perfect for draining pasta or washing and straining veggies and fruit, this silicone must-have holds 8 cups and won’t scratch stainless steel sinks. Lay it flat to use as a trivet or place it in a 12-Cup Multipurpose Pot to steam food. Press down on sides to easily collapse for space-saving storage.
KITCHEN HACK
Fill the bottom of a 12-Cup Multipurpose Pot with 1 cup water. Snug the strainer into the top of the pot; cover with lid. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add chopped veggies seasoned with your favourite Epicure seasoning. Cover and steam until tender.
✅Dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and oven safe up to 450° F.
