For those of you that do not know, we had to say a very sudden goodbye to the newest member of our Freestyle Farms animal family on Tuesday evening; Cali the spunky shepherd chow puppy was struck and killed by a car on Winston Churchill Blvd. Though she was only with us a short time she was known and loved by everybody on the farm worming her way into our hearts with her goofy antics and happy go lucky spirit. She was a very special dog and we are heartbroken that she was taken from us so early in her life. So if you are at the farm in the next couple days and want to say a goodbye she is buried beside Tempi the big brother she never got to know in this life but is most definitely running around and playing with now. RIP sweet girl, we will all cherish the paw prints you left on our hearts.

Hey everyone in light of some recent events just going to reiterate some of Freestyle Farm's policies and safety requests.

1. Please always close the bathroom door when leaving the barn, this is to help the pipes stay warm in the winter but to also keep the raccoons out of any food that is being soaked for the next day

2. Make sure you turn off all the lights when leaving the barn.

3. Do not use or touch anything that does not belong to you
unless you have permission from Dave & Deb or the person it belongs to. If you are unsure just ask.

4. If you are going to catch a horse in the field take either a crop or a buddy with you. As we all know some of our horses are more 'friendly' than others and we don't want anyone getting pushed around nor any of our four legged friends escaping from the field.

5.Please keep the barn nice and tidy. This includes sweeping up after your horse, putting all tack that you used away upstairs in the tack rooms (if barn tack) and not leaving a mess in the bathroom.

We all love the relaxed, fun environment of Freestyle Farms lets all work together to keep it a safe and tidy one as well.

Looks like Freestyle Farms has some new flower boxes to put under our fences. Hoping to get some plastic flowers in them Monday and up to the barn they go!.Again like the caveltties these are solid and will hurt if you or your horse hits then so be careful but have fun!!

Hey everyone the power is back on!! We really appreciate your patience with this. But regular barn life can now resume.

Hi everyone, just a heads up the power to the main barn is off for the next day or so. We are having some wiring replaced and cannot have power running through anything. The old barn still has power and the water works from there as well. We appreciate everyone's understanding and hope to have the power back on soon.

We have some new additions to the jumps at Freestyle Farms. Four cavalettis can now call our arenas home!. Thanks to Christina and Alex for building them. Just a reminder they are solid so be careful when jumping them. Have fun!!

Gate is on and functioning!! Thanks for the patience everyone now we can use both sides to get out back !!!

Hey everyone exciting news...the outdoor arena is now its own section! We have added a fence and gate behind the arena to keep the herd out!. Be careful though it is electrified. A quick note we are still waiting in gate hinges so for now if you want to go for a hack please enter through the other gate (the one not leading to the arena) as the back fence gate had been tied in place until it can be completed.
