It's finally that time again! Some ladies will be meeting at the studio Thursdays at 6:00 pm starting THIS week to go on a bike ride together, led by Michele!

Anyone is welcome. Please email me or dm me, or even comment below if you wish to join them!!

There will be some road and trail riding.

We are located at 68 Main St. N in the Moore Park Plaza

During Alysia's PT session she performed a series of cable exercises. We incorporated both lower body and core exercises. Some of them were new to both of us.

The exercise in the first frame, not as effective as it may look. The exercise on the second frame, LOVED!! 🍑

Michele's Functional Fire class is always 🔥 🔥 with lots of variety, getting your heart rate up and getting that whole body to work!!! 💪

Sharron Lounds-Dykxhoorn has some space in her Thursday 8:10 pm FLEX & CORE class! Come try it out tomorrow night!

This class is designed to strengthen and tone the upper body and core. Through targeted exercises, you’ll build strength in your arms, back, shoulders, and abs while improving posture, stability, and everyday function. Expect a supportive, energizing workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more confident, and empowered.

P.S As I always say… sexy sexy shoulders, ladies! It’s almost (and I say this lightly) tank top and t-shirt season. Time to build that upper body strength 💪🏼😎
