Tansi,

To all of our followers new and old, it saddens me to announce my mom has completed this journey through life on Sunday November 13, 2022. Marge’s love of our culture has been the heart of our business for 30+ years. She was an elder, a teacher, a source of knowledge and an artist. She touched many peoples lives here and will be missed dearly. Her teachings and art will continue through all of us that have learnt so much from her. As for Cree-Ative Designs I will be taking a short break from moms work to be with the family and heal from her transition but please continue to follow us as I will return to continue moms dream of teaching through art.

Our family welcomes everyone to share their celebration of Marge’s life on Saturday November 26, 2022 starting at 1:00 pm at the Normandy Room of the Fort Legion. They request as per Marge’s wishes no funeral attire. It will be an open house so please don’t hesitate to stop in and show your love for Marge.

Tansi. I had a wonderful morning today. The Fort Saskatchewan Library invited me to read a book to the little ones for their story time program. I chose to read "The Bannock Bread Boy".

Yesterday evening was so nice. I held a class about my mini drums but this time I brought my 11 yr. old grandson to help me teach! 😁
Class was at Elk Island and cost includes the entrance fee. Next Friday at 7-9 we will do a course on the willow dreamcatcher. Come early and take a walk before class. Here are 2 of our awesome clients who attended last night.

Info is in comments.

Well that was a week I was proud of. I created quite a few deerskin pouches for Indigenous graduation. I was very proud of the schools that did this!!
