I’ll be back at the gym on the 15th for pick ups.

⚠️ I have terrible news K+Friends 😞

I’ll cut to the chase for you.

The building issue causing me grief for 3 years now has been deemed irrecoverable at this time and the building owner has opted to terminate the gym’s lease effective immediately. 💔

This was not the outcome I was expecting. 😳

K+ has been my life for the past 6 years.
The roller coaster it has been has brought me up, down, plenty of backwards, several times sideways, and as of late finally forward but now I’m abruptly and completely derailed.

Like all roller coasters the ride eventually comes to an end. I’ve been through enough.

Reminder to everyone we are closed this week. We are also dealing with some building issues beyond my control that may affect August classes. I’ll keep you all posted.

☀️ SUMMER IS HERE K+ FRIENDS! 😃

Reminder we are closed first week of July then the rest of the month will be as follows:
10+11 17+18 24+25 (Mondays and Tuesdays)
Teens 6-645pm
Bag Class 7-745pm *almost full*
Adult Boxing 8-9pm
$15/class

Just a couple “heads up” K+Friends.

Two full weeks of classes left for June.
We are closed the first week of July and the remainder of the month will be at a reduced
schedule. This will depend on members.
Come August we will also be taking some time away from the gym to see family and friends we haven’t been able to for 4 years. I also have to work over the summer months to be able to keep our doors open come September.
