Save this one for when you need it - or share it with someone who's been quietly carrying someone else's hard time.
Knowing what to say is hard. These four things are a place to start.

If you're the person in someone's corner right now - the one who keeps checking in, who sends the texts, who shows up - this is for you.
You don't have to have the right words. Presence matters more than you know.

New on the blog - this one is for anyone who has been worried about someone and hasn't known what to say or do.

One of the biggest myths about caregiver burnout is that recovery requires big, sweeping changes. A solo trip. A total schedule overhaul. More money. More time.
In reality, recovery starts with small shifts — in how you talk to yourself, what you ask of others, and what you're willing to let go of.
Swipe through for five things that genuinely help, drawn from research on burnout recovery. And if you'd like to explore this in a more personal way, I'd love to connect. Head to https://www.infinitepath.ca to book a free consultation. 💙

You're not a bad parent. You're an exhausted one.
Burnout comes with a lot of shame. But shame isn't the truth here. The truth is that today's parents are doing more than any generation before them, with less community support than ever — and that takes a real toll.
Denise has written a blog post on exactly this that I'd love for you to read. Head to https://www.infinitepath.ca to find it. 💙

If this sounds like your life, you're not alone — and what you're feeling has a name.
