Today we honour those who have lost their lives, been injured, or suffered illness because of workplace incidents.

We encourage everyone to take a moment of silence for those who didn't make it home, and to reflect on their own shared responsibility in the commitment to creating safer workplaces for all.

We're proud of the team we have working on projects day in and day out, and strive to ensure all employees are safe and supported in the workplace. We use the Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) framework to create a structure that focuses on learning and resilience, improving workplace safety and giving all employees the chance to learn, grow, and feel heard.

Our Indigenous engagement involves more than words - it's an ongoing process of learning, collaboration, and putting in the work.

Whether it's identifying hazards, watching each other's back, or making sure the right processes are followed, the time is always right for a safety session.
