Light, fluffy Japanese

Fluffy Japanese Cotton Cheesecake Cupcakes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs, separated
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
Powdered sugar for dusting
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, butter, and milk until smooth.
Add egg yolks and sugar, mixing well. Sift in flour and cornstarch, then stir until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold egg whites into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
Pour batter into muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Gluten Free Spiced Apple

drop everything you are doing and make this CINNAMON ROLL CHEESECAKE!! 

Creamy cheesecake with a graham crust & pieces of cinnamon sugar😮‍💨

#deats 
Crust:
200g graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp ground cinnamon
70g butter (melted)

Cinnamon filling:
100g brown sugar
20g all purpose flour
2 tbsp cinnamon
30g butter (melted)

Cheesecake:

16 oz cream cheese (room temp)
100g granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 eggs (room temp)

* Preheat oven to 325F. Line and grease a 7 inch springform pan with parchment paper. Set aside
* In another bowl, make the cinnamon mixture. Add the melted butter, cinnamon, brown sugar and flour. Mix together and set aside.
* In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon and melted butter. Pat into the bottom and up the sides of the springform pan.
* Bake for 10 minutes.
* In a large mixing bowl , add the room temp cream cheese and whisk until fluffy. Add in the sugar and whisk again.
* Whisk in the eggs, one at a time. Batter should be nice and smooth. Add in the vanilla and heavy cream and whisk.
* pour half of the batter into the crust and then sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Then pour the rest of the batter. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon mixture across. 
*place the pan inside an 9x9 or any larger pan than the 7 inch pan.
* pour hot water into the 9x9 pan until the 7 inch springform pan is halfway dunked in the water. 
* bake for 65-75 minutes or until the edges are lightly brown. The cheesecake will be slightly jiggly.
* Remove the cake from the oven and cool for 10 minutes in the water.
* Let it out of the water and cool completely for about 1 hour.
* Cover and refrigerate overnight!
