This means; following your treatment I will provide you with a receipt with all the information you need to submit your individual health benefits claim.

A friendly reminder to confirm with your insurance provider before your treatment what coverage they offer. I don’t NOT have access to your personal coverage details💫

Steph Dementjev, RMT is a home based practice offering Registered Massage Therapy.

Located in the heart of Fernie, British Columbia and proud to be offering a variety of treatment lengths to suite your needs and wellness goals.

When booking please keep in mind :

✨ If you are booking for the first time please book a minimum of 60 minutes to ensure there is enough time for an initial assessment.

✨ Steph Dementjev, RMT is a quiet home-based practice, upon booking your treatment you will receive an email from myself outlining my exact practice location and parking options.

✨ A bathroom is available on site for your use.

✨ Payment options include debit, credit, cash or e-transfer, please note a credit card is required to secure your booking however you will not be charged at this time.

✨Please note any appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled time, if you need to cancel last minute please reach out I understand life happens. However a “no show”, with no communication will be charged 50% of your appointment fee.
