Centre Wellington Minor Hockey photos are always a whirlwind of activity. Our first session this year had 96 players and team photos which were all done in a couple of hours on location. This definitely kept us on our toes! We loved the fun moments that materialized while it all happened! 😃👍

The best part wasn't the session itself, it was seeing the players every year and seeing how much they've changed and grown!

Which reminds us to encourage each and every one of you to get your phones out as often as you can and capture you, your family, your kids and even your pets doing fun things! Unless your only pet is a goldfish. One pic of a gold fish is probably enough... 😉

When a business makes a post on Facebook you would think that the post would show up on everyone's feed who follows/likes the business' page, but that's not the case. Initially, a handful of people will be able to see the post and if they interact with the post (like, comment, share), then the post will show up in more people's feeds of those who already follow the business. This step can happen organically, of course, but it often doesn't so Facebook will "allow" the business owner to pay to have the content they created show up in more feeds of people who have already liked their page. So, if you'd like to help business owners at no cost to you simply press the thumbs up icon on a post. It's time to think of the like as less of an approval of the content and more of an "I was able to see it". Something to consider should you wish to stay connected with the businesses you follow online.

Studio Boutique is located in the core of beautiful downtown Fergus, and features ladies fashion attire, accessories, and two of the most fun loving owners in existence. If you haven't been, and you ever wear clothing, then you should make the effort to stop in and see them!

This past Friday evening they held a "Ladies Night Fashion Show" and we were amazed at not only the event itself (it was great!), but how engaged and connected the audience was to it. These ladies embody the values of a necessary market in our area, but they do it with such a firm grasp on small(er) town life and the benefits that this has to offer.

Congratulations on an amazing show and an amazing event that brought so many people in our community together!

We decided to take a very long hiatus from social media that initially began in the midst of Covid, and well, we just didn't come back to it (for many reasons).

Still unsure if we will do much socials going forward, but we thought we'd at least let you know that we are still alive and very actively doing "our thing" - just not on FB, Insta, etc.

In the meantime, Cole surprised Emily with a proposal earlier this week on the balcony of the Elora Mill and well, we were more than happy to be there for them so that they could concentrate on the moment itself.
