This couple had a small laundry room on the ground floor with a toilet and sink that rarely got used. They had moved the washer and dryer to another room and then wanted to convert the space into an updated 3 piece bathroom with modern fixtures. We worked together to maximize space turning this little room into an elegant and very functional main floor bathroom with a heated floor that gets lots of use!

Virginia and Marty had a beautiful vision to turn this neglected kitchen in their newly bought house into a stunning new setting to whip up culinary delights. The cabinetry is wonderfully complimented by stone countertops, a niche set into the backsplash to keep the counters decluttered, floating shelves and banquette seating.

These customers had recently moved into a new home in a new subdivision and loved everything about it excepted the wasted space in their unfinished basement. WIth a baby on the way, they knew they needed to create more space. Working with a very strict timeline we worked together to create a beautiful and spacious living space along with a sound proofed office, exercise room and a 3 piece bathroom. We wrapped everything up and got out just in time for the baby's arrival!

Excavating for 4 posts and look at all that soil! Hard packed clay doesn't come easy. No wonder so many people don't dig down below the frost line. Frost heave is a serious problem though. Don't cheat the process. Do it right the first time, then sit back and enjoy!

Corner tub with room for two! I love bright bathrooms, they're so inviting. Didn't need to splurge on a new vanity either, just adding a fresh coat of paint and a new countertop takes it to the next level.

Nothing like the smell of fresh cut cedar in your back yard! Why block the view with spindles when glass gives you such a clear view πŸ™‚

That lonely fireplace needed some love! The hidden conduit for the TV wires keeps the mantle place clutter free πŸ˜‰
