a year ago I was mentally preparing to go on my first destination wedding! 🌴🌴 it was an amazing experience, with such great memories made, theres nothing like a pina colada in the pool in AM and shooting a wedding in the PM🍹😋 so grateful to this beautiful couple for bringing me along. ✈️

I used to be so afraid of shooting in the sun ☀️ squinty eyes, bright lights, weird shadows, it can cause some issues. The sun and I have made peace, and I love to use it to my advantage 🤝🏻

This session was filled with lots of energy, adventure, excitement, laughter, and not wanting to stay one spot for too long! Often parents say to me “hopefully you got at least one good photo!” These photos are a perfect example of how sometimes the plans for photos need to just adjust to how the littles are feeling and just going ahead to capture the raw, candid moments! And sometimes photos sessions are workouts 🤷🏼‍♀️ lol. These turned out so so special 🩷

its so fun when you can see families begin and grow 💛 definitely felt the love on this summer evening!

one of the best parts about photography is meeting so many lovely people I didn’t know before 🤍 this little boy is surrounded by so much love! Including grandparents in photos is so special.
