Meet Brian and Lisa Keizer—your new managers at Cobourg East Campground!

After seven years of calling Northumberland County home, the Keizers are excited to officially join the Experience Camping family. They’re passionate about creating a place where guests can truly Experience the Great Outdoors—with all the comfort, care, and personal touches that make a stay memorable from arrival to departure.

Brian leads site operations and infrastructure as General Manager, bringing the discipline of a military veteran and the operational precision of a career with one of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies. From maintaining the grounds to managing day-to-day logistics, Brian takes pride in keeping the campground running smoothly and looking its best—ensuring every guest arrives to a space that feels welcoming, well cared for, and ready to enjoy.

While Brian is out in the field, Lisa is the heart of the guest experience. She manages the camp store and oversees reservations with the expertise of someone who has spent over 20 years in community development. Having built and successfully grown a natural health and beauty business since 2015, Lisa combines strong business sense with a genuine passion for people—creating a warm, friendly atmosphere that guests will feel the moment they arrive.

Together with their son—our “General Manager in training”—the Keizers are ready to welcome you with open arms, a helpful hand, and a fresh approach to your next camping adventure.
